Never share your credentials.
Your username, password and security key are strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone — including colleagues or supervisors.

Do not copy or export data.
Cardholder data must not be copied, printed outside official use, photographed, or shared via WhatsApp, email, USB, or any other medium.

All activity is monitored.
Your login, searches, edits and downloads are logged with timestamps and audit trails. Misuse will be prosecuted under the relevant laws.

Log out immediately after use.
Never leave your workstation unlocked. Always click Logout when finished — even for short breaks.

Report suspicious activity.
If you notice unauthorized access or a security breach, report immediately to the DPO Office or the IT Administrator.
